I love watching Deanna and Maxime skate. There is a dynamic elegance that draws me in even when not skated perfectly.

Lots of small errors for Deanna and Max, the spin in particular was surprisingly poor.

Was beautiful Deanna and Maxime SP, lovely but also more humanized , need work more with choreo combo spin but was wonderful , was scared when was closer the board in their throw 3 loop

Not quite the quality they are capable of on the first few elements... They needed to lead the Japanese on TES by a bit to be in first imho I think this will be second. I can't say I am disappointed. I find them rather meh as a team. But, their elements are usually incredible.

Still think they will likely pull it off in the free. They are just so reliable. I do hope the Japanese win though....I just don't love this team.

What more can you say about Minerva and Nikita? They have nerves of steel and they exude a calm confidence on all their elements. They are so consistent and it consistently puts them in good stead. Wonderful!

Minerva and Nikita were given a slight window here with Riku's 3T call, so it will be interesting to see where they place. I wonder if the tightness on the sals will keep them in second, but it will be very close. They are more refined and elegant than the pure passion of a Sara and Niccolo, which I think makes some people feel they are a bit unapproachable, but they are great performers and really dive into the character of this program, and I think this program is really effective for them and shows off their strengths.

Great skate, but I don't think it will be enough for the lead. I hope they go in front of the Georgians, because I think they were better.
