When skated pristine clean like this, the program worked so well - enjoyed that from start to finish

I think I am still too angry and pissed to actually enjoy the skating, but apparently the skating gods drew lots and it was the Frenchmen who were picked to be blessed

I don't think he's lost the podium for sure yet, just not set himself up as well as he could have. And he did get a silver in the team event, so it's not like he was wrong to strategize the way he did

He would have got Olympic silver jumping triples.
