Jacob is skating freely - for good or bad. I love that he is not wrapped in nerves, but instead his own skating. His back is so nice and straight in those sitspins.

One pop from Jacob but otherwise he has done so well at his Worlds debut after a very long season and a late call-up. He has so much potential with his spectacular skating skills, carriage, and technical prowess, he's been landing the 4S in practices here. I love watching his skating so much, and I am so excited to see him grow over the next quad. This has been a real breakout season for him, and I am so happy the judges are rewarding him with the GOE on his elements that he deserves.

...and then he almost splats on the choreo sequence but we can chalk that up to fatigue

Jacob. Wonderful outfit and program. Except for the 1A, it was a wonderful skate. Nice senior grand prix.
