Next season, everyone will be doing Nakai landingsWell, if you're gonna fall, at least make it a pretty soft knee slide to go with the music

There was a pop and a big mistake on 3A but that might be enough for Nakai to take 1st now
But—Bradie Tennell once had the same profile, and she did improve. She learned to work with what she had and to sell it to the audience. There is hope!her presentation is not as good as those ahead of her
And more than deserved! But she hasn't stopped fighting. It has been a whirlwind of a year for her. She exceeded expectations. I look forward to see her maturity a year from now. She has had a wonderful year. Nor many can boast of an Olympic medal in their first senior year.
I wouldn't say fragile at all! It's such a demanding sport, a lot of these athletes are burning thousands of calories every day, putting a lot of strain on their bodies with jumps and spins, and all at the same time having to control their nutrition to keep their weight stable. All of that training, and often being in a constant calorie deficit, leads to these athletes developing injuries over the course of the season that they compete through. The same thing happens in a lot of high-level sports, but athletes just aren't open about it all the time. When you have a huge event like the Olympics, your training will be the most intense right before hand so you're in tip-top shape, but your body can't physically maintain that top shape for the entire year without getting seriously hurt. So, when all of these athletes come back from the Olympics, they are really tired from all of that intense training, competing a lot, and the emotional toll of being at the Olympics. This will usually happen at Worlds, and athletes will have a come-down period after the season where they can rest/heal up, but with the Olympic season, they then have to go to Worlds. It's really complicated, but these athletes are doing the best and pushing their bodies to the maximum, but like all humans, they have limitations. Like I mentioned above, all sports have something similar, but it may be less noticeable depending on the sport.figure skaters are more fragile then?
Absolutely there is hope. Sarah is a bright young lady and I'm more than sure determined enoughBut—Bradie Tennell once had the same profile, and she did improve. She learned to work with what she had and to sell it to the audience. There is hope!
