OK, this group have a few that really really want to move up into the Top 10 so their countries get two skaters next year.
I think that Karhunen might have the best chance to do so...

I know it's beating a dead horse at this point but Feigin does telepgraph A LOT. I remember such skaters at this level but back in 2005 or sth.
