She is so lovely that I dream she can move up substantially.

I was just wondering why Jia was so far back in the rankings and then she goes and pops a jump. Ah, that's why

It was a marvelous skate by Jia, and the 1F did not happen.

That was a really gorgeous skate from Jia, save for the 1F, her senior debut has been a bit rough but she finished it off with a great free skate at Worlds!!! She's so elegant to watch on the ice, her choreo and step sequences were a delight to watch!

The first word coming to my mind when I see Jia skating is "airy". Her skating is graceful, light and beautiful!

Even with the elegant pop, Jia Shin lulled me into a state of calm, lucid enjoyment that soothed my spirits as I await pouring some other (ice cold) spirits into a drink to enjoy during the ice make. Stunning!

Only one mistake the pop but otherwise really lovely. When she does two clean programs she will contend.

Beautiful skate from Jia. I put her in my prediction in 5th so I need her to climb at least to 7th place to get anything That;s gonna be hard with the lost flip but not imposible, she still should score well and those girls look quite tired so anything can happen.

and less jumps in the FS choreographed right by the boards

That was a good skate from Shin Jia, even with the pop. I do hope she experiments and tries a different style because it’s a long time coming. Was she always skating so close to the boards? I don’t remember that.
