:hap93:Three I think. One on it's own and then two in her FP runthrough. Her 3A+2T was clean, but she had a step out on her second solo 3A.So how many 3A she landed today in practice?

But I am super puzzled as to what exactly she worked on over the summer. The music for her FS is basically her EX music plus the "Meadow" music at the beginning. Some of the choreography is also the same as her EX. And her SP is basically identical to last year. She barely had to learn any new choreography.
So what exactly was she working on?Fixing the lutz edge? Working on the -1Eu-3S combo?
I mean, I'm glad that she did that, but all the other Eteri girls have two new programs this year, so I'm kinda puzzled about what's going on with Aliona. I *really* hope it's because she's been working hard on that triple axel

https://www.instagram.com/p/B3b0Q3doqDZ/Okay that is awesome. PC’s and tech beginning to equalize. Watch out......she will play such an interesting role this season.
Tomorrow, on the occasion of the Finlandia Trophy of Espoo, the competitive season of Alena KOSTORNAIA, one of the many high-level skaters who train at the renowned Eteri Tutberidze school, will begin.
The sixteen-year-old Muscovite, after having won the last edition of the Junior Grand Prix circuit, seems intent on playing all her best cards also upstairs.
As can be seen from the video, KOSTORNAIA has, in fact, "magically" regained control of the triple axel, which in her hands could become a lethal weapon.
In the current season, many athletes have unsheathed the triple axel or something similar, but, to find a comparable quality, it is necessary to look at the male sector.
We will see some good ones.

It definitely is. Now she doesn't need to hope for mistakes of others, she just needs to stay healthy and smash them!Yes, folks, I think this is a game-changer!

Now I'm getting a little greedy but is Alena practising a quad too?
4T could be possible, her 3T is effortless and huge.

I think 4 Salchow could be possible as well. I noticed how big and beautiful her 3 Sal was during the summer ice show.
But she doesn't need to hurry, at first let's tackle those gorgeous 3As in competition.![]()
with stable 3A she's a threat to pretty much anyone, maybe except Alexandra. Her planned content for the SP has a 2A to start, not a 3A. We will see what she ends up showing us today, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they are taking it slow with integrating the 3A into the program. On the other hand, how many times did we see Sasha’s actual content be totally different than the planned content she submitted to the ISU, so who knows.
Her LP works a lot better with the 3As... I found it a bit boring at the test skates.
Not a bad start of the senior carrier..![]()
