She seems to have very unusual speech patterns, short clipped sentences spoken at 'fast forward' speed and in a high pitched voice (like she inhaled some Helium!), must be a nightmare for the translators!

See I knew it. My instincts were right first time I saw her skates where I noticed her much better basics which was sort of unusual among Eteri’s students. And without the scary axel awful techniques which is like Version 2 of the typical Eteri skater. Hopefully she will work on the 3A and the entry to it is phenomenal and the height was almost Midori Ito. Excited for her senior debut.

The programs are absolutely heavenly her skating is so beautiful. I've never seen such a short skater create such lovely lines like Alena has. I kind of hope she grows a couple more inches in height that will just make her skating even more beautiful. Alena is very pretty fans are going to love her and her spectacular and fluid skating.

Her shoes look so big compared to the rest of her, like a puppy that hasn’t grown into its paws yet. Her dance skills are definitely improving. You can finally see some of that finesse that she has on ice in her movements.

True. But the fitful movements worked this past season. There is no doubt that Alina is improving her artistry and flow in these exhibitions. I hope her coaches are noticing.

Her body proportions don't tend to create the cleanest lines: small neck, short torso and as you mentioned feet that appear out of scale however, she compensates for these natural disadvantages with impeccable posture, fluent extensions and by maintaining eye contact with the audience/judges.
