Also @skatingfan4ever thanks for the head's up on Mikhail Shaidorov's gala. I would not have watched it otherwise. and interactions with Kung Fu are too cute.

I love the Scheherazade music and Andrew skated so well to it at Nationals and NHK, but it seemed restrained by comparison to some of his other programs. Hopefully the choreography next season allows a bit more emotion and building to the end.Even at Cranberry and Nebelhorn he scored more than 15 points higher than at Worlds. It's interesting now to rewatch Cranberry and Nebelhorn and notice how Andrew's Scheherazade grew from the Challengers to the GPs and Nationals. Nationals was certainly its pinnacle. I'm so thrilled we got to see it skated like that. Andrew was also so happy at NHK, and he got a medal in France. What a season.
The short answer is I was in the process of redoing the videos, and when I put the "new" videos on Dropbox, they got new links. I then deleted the old ones. Today I came to this thread to update the links for Andrew's 2024/2025 season. Check the original posts again for the new links. What happened to so many of Andrew's files in Dropbox? It says they were deleted.

Thanks for all of your work in making the videos available for us to see! I have enjoyed the ones I saw and look forward to seeing more. Based on his IG posts, it looks as if Andrew is trying to up his tech content (adding the 4S would be a big help to him). I don't know if he has posted anything about music for the new programs. I may get a bit of a preview at the Ice Dreams show in a few days! The short answer is I was in the process of redoing the videos, and when I put the "new" videos on Dropbox, they got new links. Longer answer: You may have noticed that most media players didn't play the old videos properly if you downloaded them. It wasn't your fault; they didn't behave properly for me either. It had something to do with the way the clips were created and then exported (I don't know what). I very recently discovered a different way to create and export them, by tweaking my process only slightly. Lo and behold, with the new process, they play properly in all the media players I've tried. So, now you can download and play them normally! I've redone all of Andrew's videos for the 2024/2025 season thus far. Previous seasons will be fixed (and posts edited accordingly) in the next few days. I even have a few videos that I've never brought to this thread yet. I hope you won't judge me for not sharing them "on time."
NOTE: Whenever my original posts were quoted in posts by others at that time, those quotes will still have the obsolete links. Always go to my actual posts for the correct links.

Yes, I am looking forward to the show and will report about it! You may be right, Andrew has some unique qualities that many other skaters lack. I would hate for him to put too much emphasis on the big jumps and risk not skating clean or, even worse, getting injured again. You are going to Ice Dreams? How cool! I know we will hear a full report
Andrew has been posting more skating on his IG, including attempts at the 4S. I just hope that it doesn't interfere with what makes Andrew special. He doesn't need another jump, IMHO and watching through my biased lens, he just needs to skate clean. You can't teach what makes his skating compelling.

When they do well, it is because they skated clean, when they do not, they weren't.

It was a good show, each skater (or pairs team) had a brief intro, a longer solo and then participated in the finale at the end. There were also some young "aspiring skaters" and a couple of other skating acts.Andrew skated for a show called Ice Dream in Minnesota on July 18:
