I think out of everyone, C/B are the best fit for this music choice and will own it the most. If anyone is as high wattage as Emma Stone, it's Madison Chock. And Ryan Gosling's laconic quality suits Evan too. I can imagine this being cheesy and over-the-top in a good way.

This is going to be one of those really annoying trends next season, isn't it?

The thing is it might be a great motivating program (music) which will serve them well however, it also might seem dated ten or 20 years around whereas Bolereo, Carmen POTO, Otonal, Swan Lake et al are classics and stand the test of time.

I am pretty sure this was also a tactical move to get out what their music was hoping to scare others away. Imagine if p/c or v/m did Lala land. I wonder if someone would change their programs.

people on GS literally moaned over its abuse. I feel the musical routines outnumbered R + J versions this season.

I thought 2015-2016 was R&J season. At worlds, I sat through 3 pairs LP's in a row to that music.
