I'm breaking out cold sweat of nervousness. Guess I'll sleep and not watch live.

This is Medvedeva we are talking about. The girl has no chill: https://twitter.com/figure_tsukune/status/953984118752071680I'm breaking out cold sweat of nervousness. Guess I'll sleep and not watch live.
for me. It's all about recovery right now. I just glad to see her doing pretty well ALREADY!
She was so emotional today. She missed competitions so much! She even cried after!
Im feeling the same. I'm so relieved to see her back and I was preparing for worst case scenario after the announcement about her injury. Even if she's second here, I won't be sad. She knows how to fight for her first place. I trust her.for me. It's all about recovery right now. I just glad to see her doing pretty well ALREADY!

A few thoughts:
- first of all, I’m so so so happy to have her back and see her healthy and ready to skate her best. I missed her and I’m glad that she will be able to skate healthy at OG![]()
- I was expecting a small mistake like the one she did today. She needs a little time to get back into the swing of things, it’s perfectly normal after an injury
- I do fear that her unbelievable consistency may be broken, at least for this season. I mean, it was unbelievable to begin with tbh.
- Alina is the one with the potential to beat her. Evgenia knows this, they train together. I think she knows it’s a possibility and now that she’s been beaten in the SP she will work even harder to avoid it. Still, there is a chance that it might happen. Evgenia has been absolutely unbeaten for 2 straight season, which is something that not even the very best of the best (Yuzu, Yuna) have ever accomplished. We may be entering an era where Evgenia wins 50% of the time, or 75%. We can’t know that, but if this is the case, we have to remember that *that* is how things normally go in this sport. Zhenya has spoiled us to two years of winning every single competition, but that is not the norm for even the best of skaters.
- regardless of what happens, I’m glad she’s out there doing what she loves and I will continue to support her for as long as she skates, because she’s one of a kindDavai Zhenya!
