There are many people that comments about her, but I don't know Russian. Can someone translate this one? Just out of curiosity! If it's not allowed, I'm sorry for bringing this up
After seeing what Liza has accomplished I'm not so worried about Zhenya anymore. Even if she doesn't get to go to EC or Worlds she will keep improving so when we get to see her again she will be 100% better.
As everyone else I just wish for her to be happy with her performance at Nationals, even if the results are not what she wants.
How can she not go to euros and worlds? she's won them both the only two times she skated in them. I can only see Alina zagitova Liza Sasha and Alena possibly finishing ahead of her Nationals. Sasha and Alena will not go to Europeans or worlds because they're too young and if somehow Stasya or Gubanova or Sofia finish ahead of her at nationals I don't think they would deny Zhenya her spot especially considering all she's done for Russian ladies figure skating and even getting them in the Olympics last year it was her interview in speech to the Olympic Committee said even got Russia involved in the Winter Olympics as OAR. Next year will be different story but this year the Russian Federation will have her back. She has earned it.
It is good to hear that she getting more and more sponsors

You are forgetting three crucial things:
1. Zhenya‘s recent lack of consistency this season
2. Her main rival whose consistency is her greatest strength: Sofia Samodurova
3. Sofia reached the GPF, Zhenya didn‘t
If Zhenya skates like she did at France, Sofia will finish ahead of her. And how would the fed justify sending a skater solely on past merits but not recent achievements over someone who reached GPF and did well there, earning a season‘s best? I‘m Team Zhenya all the way and I‘ll root for her but I‘m just saying that at this point it‘s actually not unlikely that she won‘t go to Euros and Worlds this year. Sofia never makes mistakes and while Zhenya has a theoretical scoring potential that is way higher than Sofia, she first has to perform reasonably well. Nationals will be even more pressure than GP France. I‘m just not sure what to expect at this point so I‘ll try not to expect anything. Or rather, I try to think of the worst so that there is at least the chance of being pleasantly surprised.
