On another forum, I learned of this site:

It contains .pdf's of official Olympic reports and detailed information going all the way back to the first modern Olympics in 1896! Where available, they have a total breakdown of the entire scores given by every judge to every skater. I just looked up Dorothy Hamill's from 1976. I can't understand the chart, but it's there.
Unfortunately, it ends in 2002, but they say more things will be added soon.
If you're an Olympics junkie, you might want to skip this site entirely, because you won't get any work done for weeks.
