There was an event today in Japan and Kubo-sensei was there. They actually made Yuuri's FS costume. He has a leotard on, then the jacket comes over it.

This anime is a fix-it fic, lol. Plush/Viktor gets the gold, and Machida/Yuri are gonna win it. If they do a second season how much you're willing to bet that Yuri is going to win that Worlds by 0.14 poins?

SP scores doesn''t matter, just like in Cup of china, the advantage R-Yuri had in SP will magically dissappear with one mistake I mean, a fall is 20 points, right? That's what episode 7 have us convinced after all. But I like Otabek and R-Yuri have two highest scores, I hope they cheerd for each other!

This is exactly what I was worried about when they went with Rule of Drama for the CoC results. The GPF SP just proved it. Their own scoring system doesn't make any sense.

Not only is there absolutely no way Yuri should be so far behind with just a hand down on a rotated quad flip, there's no way JJ should have scored 86 with TWO invalid jumping passes and no combo. Like, I know he reminds me a lot of Chan but that's even beyond inflation, ha. And Phichit should not be anywhere near Yuri in the scoring. Plus, Yuri is now way too far behind Yurio and co, more than he should be. I know, I know, Rule of Drama, but this one was beyond irritating because it was even more nonsensical than Phichit winning CoC.

Also, I'm going to slap Yuri if he keeps up with this "we should end this". NO YOU DON'T, YURI.

All in all, the episode felt really short, probably because it was really light on character development. I hope we get a double-length final episode, even if I have to get up earlier to squish it in before work.

Do you really take the scoring system so seriously? I know, some parts are so realistic and also reflects the real figure skating world, except the scoring, which has nothing to with the reality. It's all about the drama, lol
There are 10-20 points differences even between technically similar programs, but when someone does no combo and makes two invalid elements still closer to the 4th who jumped a clean combo a 4F with a touchdown :rofl2:

Anyway, JJ so cringeworthy.
But I love Otabek a lot.
