House Deal - May Go Through!!!

Well, my hubby and I may be townhouse owners soon, if the deal goes through tomorrow. We finally met the sellers on their price. It was more than we wanted to spend, but had no choice. It was a close call.

Still not hundred per cent sure the deal will fly, but closer than ever. Wish me luck!!
