I found Rachael Flatt's speed is slower than most skaters in the last three groups at this competition. Not very impressed. We'll see how she will do today.

Evan Bates fell. There was also an amusing moment where the music person thought he was in his opening pose and started their music early.
Rachael won with a total of 154.65, which means she scored a LP of 105.02, close to her Liberty LP of 107.
Kristine is second with 137.16, which means a LP of only 82.81, a good bit lower than her Libert LP of 91. Too bad.
Congrats, Rachael! She already has two Lutz's and two flips in her program, so she can't do a second triple toe if she hits the first one. It would be amazing if she had the presence of mind to throw in a 2A/3T after missing her 3Lz/3T, but pretty risky to mess with the program like that. If the fisrt combo was scored as a 3/3< she would be out of luck in any case.I wonder if Rachael intends to upgrade that 2A2T to a 2A3T.
I understand that Rachael is planning to add a second 3/3 to her FS, possibly 3F3L. She could then do the 3-jump combo at the end as 2A2T2L.
