Sweet little Kamila does that? Evidently yes.

But what can we expect from her in the Russian cup final her last event of the season? Did they keep The same programs and jumps that we saw in nationals and in the team event? Or do we think just for fun think they might throw in another 3A or another quad to set the table for next season the Olympic season?

I think the layout is hard enough for poor Kamila. In fact she might take it a bit easier maybe, without Anna and Sasha being there...

Kamila cut her left thumb in the Channel 1 Cup SP the same way she did at Junior Worlds SP.

It's very visible with the white glove:

I wonder how often she does that at practise. Does she wear any protective tape on it?

Also, these pictures were interesting. Kamila watching Alina and Zhenya at the Olympics three years ago. Sitting on her mother's lap. I had not seen these before.

How did we not pick up that she had cut her some after these skates? I mean red on a white glove is easy to pick up.

They need to stop her getting her thumb cut. It's time to tape that area.

Interesting point Azi. Her layouts are hard.

I just don't know if taking it easier is in Kamilas DNA. Taking it easy is probably not in EGs DNA either. I would think the coach would want Kamila to beat Aliona by as many points as possible.

I'm sure the cup final is important enough that Kamila wants to win this event. Kamila probably also wants Princess Aliona who's big on eye contact to look her in the eye and explain to her why she left TT when she had a nearly perfect debut senior season.

Even though the Russian Cup Final is missing Anna and Sasha I still expect fireworks and excitement galore! Oh and a spectacular win for KV to end her season.

As for Kami, I think it's a very good chance for her to do her best without enormous pressure.
