No. I find it annoying that senior skaters won at junior worlds, but I really don't care what country the top people are from. These things change from season to season.

And the non-Russian, non-American, Michal Brezina was great. A pity he can't go to LA.

And I think she even looks like Slutskaya! Or at least dresses like her, the black LP dress she had on at Euros reminded me of Irina's 2005 LP dress. Maybe they have the same dress-maker (not a compliment........)

Absolutely NOT. I go by who was the best skater competitively, and I have my own standard for who is the best figure skater. It has nothing to do with nationality.

The Russian federation was terribly mean to his girls, some months ago. I read some quotes which were scaring.

I have to say one thing although it's a bit off topic: I find it absolutely annoying that some people use European as a general term for all countries in Europe as if there were no difference.

Can someone please explain to me why a British judge has a reason to hold up a Russian skater and an American judges hasn't???

No downgrades for Caroline, though she did, of course, get an edge call on the lutz. Leonova did have one UR (the 3R).
