Yeah she is lucky to even be 2nd, she was just awful tonight, her whole performance was terrible from start to finish. I hope she is injured, since if she isnt she looks badly out of shape and undertrained.

Sounds like Kimmie had a good first outing - and this program, from the layout, sounds way more interesting then I imagined it would be (I was sort of cringing about TFB for her...), did you (those who saw it) like the program?

Yeah, I like it, pretty good.

Ando's jumps also looked cheated to me from slo-mo...

Even with the fall, Miki seemed she was in the league of her own tonight. JMO. Better watch out for Caroline though.

PCS... I think Caroline's 3+3 got downgraded, plus maybe edge call on lutz...
Ando and Kimmie usually can get +goe on their jumps, Caroline has to count on spins & spirals to gain +goe...

Still long way for Caroline.

Well Caroline's score were the same thing that happened in the men, the new ones don't get high scores, no matter what they do.

It's all down to PCS I guess. TES is generally too low. DId Caroline get dinged for her flutzing? And Kimmie and Miki for lipping? (now sure if they did lip or not).

Yeah except, Mao also bombed at Skate America last year... But I suppose in Mao's case, even her missteps cemeent her status as the brightest star in the sport ;-)

(Forgive the cynicism, but I hate when people rush to judgement.)

I don't think Miki was that horrible.
Maybe she was playing conservative...who could have imagined she would fall on a step sequence.
Hope she'll be back strong tomorrow.
