Cynthia et. al, are not and were not Mirai's equal in the PCS and shouldn't have even been close to her. Frank clearly felt she was underscored and he is right. Let's see how they score Rachel Flatt in relation to Mirai's PCS. Talk about not even close.

Just got home from work. I'm SO happy Mirai was clean, that score should hopefully get her into the final flight.

I find the latex-shine finish on Hecken's dress offensive to all 5-6 composer's whose music she used... At what point was that Romeo and Juliet? I heard Art of War, Secret Garden and 3-4 other pieces... Also the gradient pink-to-black is more suitable for the red light district... Pity, she's got such a sweet face.

Still pretty good for a 16 year old at her Olympic debut! Her score could very well be higher than Rachael's. Also, we have yet to see which Carolina and Laura show up to the competition. So excited for the next group!

I know I am being nit-picky BUT how can you go SPLAT and then still up before Cheltzie who did nothing but skate a clean program. Sometimes you just have to score lower to make a point for a splat not "oooh, she's gorgeous"

True, but so proud of Cheltzie! Especially with less than 2 weeks notice going into the Games. She could be quite something in the future.
