Has Artemy Marinin transfered to CSKA to train under Davydovs group?

I saw Davydov but I couldn't tell if he was just talking to one of the skaters in this group that just now came out for warmup or if he was waiting for the young man Marinin as he came off the ice also.

So this is one of the qualifiers for Novice Nationals. Can anyone tell me when they are? Any links to anything? Duck duck go didn't do much in English and I haven't found much by searching our site.

yeah me too, at first I saw Davydov just sitting there and I taught one of his skaters was in the 1st group but I checked and no cska skaters are in the 1st group. Then I saw Marinin handing him his jacket and Davydov waiting for him after his skate so I guess he did transferred. Hope that works out for him well!

Afaik he's been with Davydov at CSKA for some years now, basically since he's become serious about figure skating (he also trained break dancing when he was younger iirc but chose skating).

RusNats Novices Younger Age, also known as Zhuk Memorial, will take place in Saransk nect week, 10-14 March.
RusNats Novices Older Age (i.e. this lot here) will take place in Sochi from 1 - 5 April. Details will be given closer to the date.
