And that's why I still have inklings on anguish....cause if he did, I would have seen TWO of my three #1 faves....if only that 4S he fell in the SP at the Sportsland Trophy was fully rotated....Sigh....hopefully he'll get a GP assignment next season....Oh please if he does I hope Skate America....sorry for rambling...

Well, do you think it was the right decision to place him ahead of Liam? I don't know either skater well enough to say for sure but, if neither of them is a proven winner, why didn't they select Kevin for the team instead?

If he had BOTH minimums then yes....and I would have been DOUBLE excited. And might be needing oxygen.....

But nope....and I still have inklings of anguish.

I agree, I really liked Kevin when I saw him skate. He had a cool jazzy style and loved his big red hairdo.

He did his SP. I thought it looked good, but I can't spot a lot of the technical stuff. He seems calm.

After Worlds, he'll be the only one left of my three #1 faves that I will have not seen skate in person. When that day comes, a part of me will be complete. And probably will be needing oxygen because I would be hyperventilating in excitement.

Shoma jumps are solid. Landed them all in his SP run-through. He jumps about an inch higher than Satoko Haha love them both!

This happens in dance all the time. Also, Satoko may be wearing a dress that is similar and "Looks" like her real costume so that her coaches see it under the arena lights. The lighting in arena can change a Red Dress to a Navy Blue and even Purple in some cases.

Oh, OK, that makes sense. Sort of like dress rehearsal, to see if anything needs adjusting. I never thought about different lighting making a difference to a costume. I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't her official costume since you said it. It was too far away to see any details in the video.

YES. They both are extremely small. Shoma can barely see over the boards, Satoko can't even Let's just say I had my lens fully extended at all times for Satoko no matter how close she was to me With Shoma I at least had to back off my zoom a couple of times!

I think Max is "Maxed Out" with his new program as it is. However, I Loooove Chafik's music. It's really cool. You know who reminds me of.......Emanuel Sandhu. A skater I really liked.

Yes. Shoma walked past me at the GPF, and he's basically a garden gnome. I'm allowed to say that because I'm about the same height

And Kovtun really can't dance. Skipped all his jumping passes during his SP run through.

Kolyada did a really high 4t/3t and skipped his next 2 jumping passes during SP his run through. His quat toe is ON!
