My partner has been teaching me how to spruce up old skating photos, cropping extra ice, using the sharpening feature, etc. This is one he trimmed and sharpened today, from the first competition either of us entered (as singles). I was happy with the way it turned out, since the old picture my father took was fading.

Now he insists I "randomly confess" that OBVIOUSLY I knew from the start that I was destined to be a pairs girl, because he says I'm instinctively reaching out for a partner's hand.

Costume: First ever skating dress made by my talented grandmother, who sewed everything I wore on stage or on ice.

I posted a political comment agreeing with someone on their own wall on FB. Somehow the comment ended up on a FB group for a certain TV show.

HOW Does that even happen?! I did NOT accidentally copy and paste. The comment really upset about 30-some people on the message board. Yikes!

FB has been doing strange stuff lately. I posted an old picture of my Dad in his soldiers uniform (taken before I was born!) on my wall for Father’s Day last year, mainly for a distant cousin to view because she never knew him. Last week the original photo I posted appeared as a story from Meta with changes made by AI with the caption “Sexy!” I was horrified and reported it
