RIP Roy Sheider!

I heard about Mr. Sheider's passing yesterday. I always enjoyed his work but my favorite role was Captain Nathan Bridger on seaQuest DSV. He was given so little to work with for that character and he brought a level of depth that I think few other actors could. Now he's reunited with former co-stars (crewmates) Royce D. Applegate and Jonathan Brandis in Heaven... Farewell, Roy, may you be at peace.

I still remenber the scene of the F-16s reflecting off his goggles during the dogfight in Blue Thunder.

RIP...I had forgotten he was on SeaQuest! I used to watch that! But I definitely remember Roy from Jaws, I'm a sucker for watching those movies any time they are on tv!
