Perm plays a role in pairs, but that's the only one I know. Please Russian skating experts come to the rescue.

Ted said earlier on today that there are 37 regional skating federations in Russia. The ones I see the most is Perm’ and Krasnodar (Southern Russia) iirc Urnanov runs the school in Sochi (Krasnodar)

I am so happy that Alyona can jump better now. But she deserves a better choreography than this. There is nothing special or memorable in the choreo. Her qualities carried the program well but she deserves a better job than this. I am pissed.
