Stupid Nancy, it doesn't matter that Jeremy has 3F-3T instead of Evan's 3Z-3T, 'cause he has a 3Z for his solo when Evan had 3F. IMHO, Jeremy should go in front, he had slightly better jumps, in air position and landings, and he also had over all better artistry, choreography, and presentation.

In the K+C talking about he never pops the 3A

Abbott 86.40
Lysacek 83.59
Carriere 69.36
Rippon 62.22

Carriere must have had something DGed.

and better costume, i must add:laugh:

Thanks to Kate and JCoates for the pbp. How can you type so fast and comment so quickly? Amazing....

Jeremy beat EVAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not the least bit surprising to me. Jeremy is the reigning Grand Prix Final Champion and Cup of China Champion. Evan only managed 2 bronze medals on the Grand Prix and didn't qualify for the Grand Prix Final. All Abbott needed to do was skate clean to place above Evan or Johnny, and he did. I won't be surprised at all if he wins the SP and the Championship overall. I hope he has a brilliant LP that carries him to the gold! He has worked so hard this season on improving his consistency and handling his nerves and the work is paying off! Way to go, Jeremy!:bow::clap:

William Brewster (Ciente mi Amore)

He's stopped -- something is wrong.
Something was on the ice and ref blew the whistle so he could stop and pick it up.
Apparently some woman was knitting in the front row and dropped her ball of yarn...
CiSt not very complex, very slow, great loops though
3S+3T had to hang on to the 3S -- amazing that he got the combination on!
3Lz hard to see on feed
CSSp4 nice broken leg
SlSt a little slow
2A ok
CCoSp4, all three positions on both feet
FSSp4 landing in broken leg
Very nice for him.

William Brewster- Siente Mi Amor

Ref blew a whistle to order a restart to clear debris (a ball of yarn) from the ice.

starting again from the top

cir steps nicely performed
3s-3t tight but clean
3z
sit chg sit
straightline steps
2a
combo spin well centered
rare forward flying sit spin

He's happy!

60.23 (5th)

BTW Adam's combo was downgraded on the toe

Kerrigan has never made it a secret that she is a huge fan of Evan Lysacek. I've never heard her give a single criticism of him, only high praise, so this doesn't surprise me, but yes, it does prove how dimwitted she is. They both did the same jumps, regardless of the placements of the jumps, so they get the same value though I believe Jeremy's are of better quality when he is clean. Abbott is a much better artist than Lysacek, anyone with eyes should be able to see that.
