Sima will have two new programs next season. Choreographer of both programs is Nikita Mikhailov:

Mikhailov also choreographed the programs of Pisarenko’s group. This ist the point where I really start worrying if Sima is still in Rukavitsin’s group. I know it’s pretty crowded there, but I sincerely hopy Sime didn’t switch back to Pisarenko. :scratch2:
 
Gorshkov made a statement why Sima is not on the team:

While I find his reasoning very logical (lack of results), I think it’s a good sign that Gorshkov mentioned Sima here. Looks like RF has not given up on her and does not consider her a skater without prospects, but still has hope she might find back to former strength. Otherwise it would have made no sense to give a reasoning / mention a skater who is not on the team. :)
 
According to the new girls of the Eteri-group, her days on ice are nearly over. At least for competitions.
 
And why would "new girls of the Eteri group" have some special inside information about Sima's career? Please don't post vague unsubstantiated gossip in the fan fest.

You posted some random words without any legitimate source, just "according to new girls of Eteri group," so it can hardly be called a fact. What was the point? At least post the link to the page where you are reading this gossip. Yes, it is gossip if it's just unverified information coming from other skaters who don't even train with her.

It's not unimaginable that she might need to quit skating if she isn't getting any funding any more. But I don't think she has asked "new girls of Eteri group" to act as her publicity agents and discuss her future plans on her behalf. If she decides to retire then let her make her own announcement.

I didnt mean the young girls are discussing about her, but that are too much 'talented' (or better say over-trained) girls at Eteri, so that she (Sima) has no chance in a future.

With that Konstantin Menshov should have quit at age 19 when skating during the Yagudin / Plushenko era. Still he won a medal at Europeans. If that’s the approach at team Eteri, i.e. once skaters more likely to bring (short term) results appear, others should quit, I feel for Eteri's girls. :( Besides some athletes just continue for the love to the sport.

Side note: I’m worried that this is already the 2nd fan thread where I see negative posts regarding the skater the thread is dedicated to for what it looks like promotion of a particular coach / her students. Your last post (= basically Eteri’s girls are more talented, so Sima should quit) is certainly quite inappropriate here. :rolleye:

Oh, so you decided to post your opinion that her career is finished, out of nowhere, just to stir the pot? I understand people get bored in the summertime but please respect the rules of the fan fest, at least.
