Serafima was very convincing when she was with Tutberidze. Basically she was similar to Medvedva with something less, sometimes something more.
When she left the group, the fall has begun, but it wasn't her fault. I read something on her when she was in Moscov, her dad lose the job and they cannot afford Moscov life anymore, they find a thief in their house when their were sleeping, something horrible. She had to left Tutberidze group, she wasn't threw out,as far as i know.

In fact, she's the only skater who left Tutberidze whom Eteri have good memories, she say she always greet her when they meet in a competition.

I'm glad she get back on track.

Serafima told the press that when she came to Pluschenko, she intended to skate in his show. She loves skating, loves shows (she enjoyed being a Snow White last NY in Moscow), and Plu has a show of his own so she wanted to give it a shot. By the way, she also told him that she wants to quit competing, because she has not been making any progress lately, despite working hard.
Apparently, he was the one to convince her otherwise. He told her that 17 yo is too early to quit, and she should give it another try under his guidance. Sima agreed.

It's cool! It won't be worse, and it is necessary to try. Upsets me that she has again left the former trainer not really well - even without having said goodbye and having thanked. It isn't good to do so.

Sima has the best SP for 2 years. And she has again got into a season dress at Eteri.

I think the public would have been really curious to see her there with Plushy, too. Well, they made their choice but I hope Sima is feeling fired up to work hard and come back stronger next season. And at least we don't have to read any more comments about how giving Sima the spot would have been "the greatest evil" of all time (yes, someone here actually typed those words, lol).

She will still compete at the Challenger competitions, right? Maybe a good SB score will put her into top 24 SB list for next seasons GP selections. I hope she nevers gives up again! It's clear that she still has a lot of beautiful skates ahead in her career:luv17:

She's entered into the Minsk-Arena Ice Star in, I think, two weeks.

A lot of messy landings today. She was too focused on the elements that she almost forgot to add a little presentation to her program until choreo sequence. Sadly, the confidence of the SP was gone, too. But if we look at the bright side, she was really good for someone who was going to finish a competitive career. She might be out of RN this season in the end. But I guess things can only get better for her in the long term with the new team.
