Yeah the russians are very blunt about everything. The interview was about olympic i think. There’s also a tweet that said after Shoma FS finished, Tat remarks was something along ‘I’m very glad that he will stay in figure skating like a flagship’ not even sure what that means LOL

Yes, she said that, about 'flagman ship' (meaning 'a leading skater' here, of course), but that was about Yuzu. She just hoped he would stay and continue his amazing career, that was it.
A few seconds before that, though, she said that 'Shoma Uno is a genius, HE IS JUST A GENIUS' (and she was almost crying at that point). :)

Dear all, I have been searching Shoma's world performance videos with NBC and CBC commentary for while ... Does anyone have those videos? Will greatly appreciate if someone can upload them.  Thank you in advance!!!

Oh Soz if I’m wrong. I was just basing it on this Twitter https://twitter.com/irinamastyaeva/status/978945050821447681?s=21

Tat loves Shoma so much it’s so cute!

As a newbie to this FF, I have a question about a certain Italian analyst on Eurosport. I have read English translations of podcasts that he thinks Shoma has poor skating skills. The only reason that I can find that he feels this way is that he skates 2 footed too often. Some of his comments about Shoma have made me question if we are watching the same skater.

For myself, I wonder whose opinion should I trust -- a biased fanboy's or an unbiased Level 5 coach with 30+ years of coaching experience who also happens to be a very loyal friend of Brian Orser. I think I'll go with the Level 5 coach (Doug Haw).

I was just curious, did not mean to offend anybody :slink:

if anyone sees videos of the legends opening and closing group numbers can they link them here? unfortunately I couldn't watch the show live and those are always so fun to me.
