Nika Egadze won men's competition at the Cup of Austria:

Nika was great in the FS, a deserved win for him! Unfortunately I missed his SP, because the registration at the rink (due to Covid rules) was overly complicated and took forever, and he skated fourth in the first group, but at least I could admire his FS live! In fact I really like the FS programs of both the Georgian Team Tutberidze guys this season, looking forward to seeing more of them in future competitions.

Arseniy Fedotov (Seva) won the older boys competition at Volkov's Memorial with very solid score in the FS:




He put two 3As into his program. BTW Lev Lazarev (of the CSKA) who was silver had two 4Lz attempts (one succesful), so the standard is high even on this level of competition.

Also Lyuba Rubtsova gained a bronze silver medal in her age group. She put a 3A into her program as well, but it was marked UR which probably cost cost her victory (haven't seen it yet).
