Top 5 favourites from 4CC?

The free from all three of the men on the podium, and the most heart-gladdening podium we have had in several years in the whole sport.
Riku and Ryuichi SP
Mone's SP, wasn't perfect but exuded joy and grace

"Bradie has really thrown the gauntlet! Well, half a mile down the street, to be honest!"
I remember this line as well, Chris has been killing it this weekend despite his mishaps of pronouncing names, lol.

1. Bradie's FS - I did not expect that at ALL, it genuinely got me thinking: wow, Turandot really is good skating music, I miss it.
2. Wakaba's recovery combos at SP and FS that helped her be the highest Japanese women here - no medal but sets her up so well for Worlds, and hopefully for next season.
3. Chris Howarth saying over and over "this is not a place for this young lady to be" re: Rino's 13th place after the SP, and just him praising her skating skills to high heavens over and over - the 2019 me feels so vindicated for identifying Rino's talent that early.
4. Tara Prasad doing really well in the FS and Jeremy Abbott's bright neon blue gloves at the K&C.
5. Men's podium - Mikhail winning 10 years after Denis, Jun hanging in there very well for the home crowd despite just finishing AWG, and Jimmy. I cried seeing his photos with the photos of those who passed away in the plane crash.

Chaeyeon Kim (SP & LP) - In the course of about 2 weeks, she has made herself a contender for Gold at Worlds.
Bradie Tennell (SP & LP) - She has been patiently building to this all season. Nice to see it happen.
Sarah Everhardt (SP & LP) - I'm sure she has her "off" days on the ice, but certainly not at important competitions!
Jimmy Ma - very emotional scene in the Kiss & Cry with the pictures of his friends. I'm from the Boston area, so it kind of hits home in that respect too.

I forgot one more....
The announcer Chris Howath. I'm glad that Xfinity gives me Peacock as a customer reward. It has enabled me to listen to his commentary all season on the ISU broadcasts. He's great.

--Riku and Ryuichi's FS
-Jun's FS
--Rino Matsuike's FS
--Jimmy's FS and controlling his energy and holding it together (perhaps to honor his club mates who perished?)
--Deanna and Max's FS

Shaidorov's SP and FS, way to go!!!!!!!!!!!!
Samodelkina's SP and FS, way to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Gilles and Poirier's gold, way to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The competitor from either Hong Kong or Taipei delivering clean FS in early men's groups
Men's tri-pod. YEAH!

A low-key choice:

Sara Everhardt. Consistency, consistency, consistency.

Medaling here with two clean(ish) programs is a major accomplishment. Big event, big competition, big pressure.

I expect her to really up her game component-wise over the next year, and I will not be surprised to see her on the Olympic Team.

Kim was so nice to watch. Bradie will not give up and good for her. So proud of Sarah for getting the job done. The battle for the US team is going to be fierce. Sarah, Amber, Ava, Isabeau, Lindsey, Bradie, Alyssa, and who knows who else. Which one or two American ladies will win world medals this year?

Jimmy Ma - SP, LP, & winning the bronze medal
Bradie Tennell - silver medalist!
Tara Presad - very impressive free skate
Piper & Paul - rhythm dance & winning gold (Hey, I  Maddie & Evan, too - I want them all on the World Podium!)
Alyssa Liu - her joy in both programs
