written in Chinese, i first saw this link through VincentJPfanclub twitter account, they linked and translated(into Japanese) this article recently.
this part they mentioned injury prevention (based in Colorado Springs) Vincent's personal and team doctor is based in Cali.

In Colorado, there are specialist to designed specific plans for him to rehab muscles, to make (his) hip more healthy.
I guess the specialist maybe Brandon. since he is very well-known among Nathan fans that he is Nathan's PT. and Nathan's rehab is heavily around hip area.
maybe Vincent can have more upper body strength, flexibility and range of motion training. his recently injuries are back injury, shoulder dislocation, (not just before 2018 NHK, Vincent dislocated his shoulder 2 weeks before 2018 US Nationals as well) . repetitive shoulder dislocation, reminds me the suffering of Chinese skater Han Yan, eventually, he has to resort to very painful surgery and because of that, he is off-ice for seasons, and his career almost ended, and now he is slowly come back, may try to compete next season.
Hope this will never happy to Vincent.
I am not a doctor, but I heard local injection of anti_inflammatory sth or maybe growth factor etc. stuff may help with injury recovery. Vincent is from high-tech palo alto area. I suppose they must have more input in terms of these stuff.
ETA, also in this article, Vincent talk about his knee injury as well, during those years, every time, he bend his knees, it hurts.... Reading this again, my heart really aches. Only admire and love.
