Which current skater is most outrageously overmarked in PCS?

Which current skater do you consider most overscored in PCS? I gave the most obvious options- Evan Lysacek, Zhang/Zhang, Domnina/Shabalin.

I must say this was an extremely tough call for me. All 3 of these are very close in this regard. The PCS of all 3 are an insult to the credability of the sport.

I say Lysacek of those given, but I think Joubert is the most over marked in all. Or perhaps KVDP. I really like Dom/Shab....:frown2:

I would say my pet-peeves have been the presentation skills of Miki and Joubert. I still like them though. I also acknowledge that they seem to be working on it despite that they seem to get high PCSs whenever they land jumps.

My frustration is mainly due to the judging. I feel frustrated when skaters like Sarah Meyer, Yukina Ota, and Jeff, who have obviously devoted so much more attention, time, and efforts and have been much more talented in the presentation department, are much less rewarded in their PCSs than these athletic skaters.

I really hope fairer judging on PCSs.

I might make a revised poll with Ando and Joubert included based on some of the responses so far. I did not realize people felt that strongly about Ando. I know she isnt the finest in PCS but her scores generally are not the finest either, but that doesnt mean she isnt still overscored in that area mind you, but I never knew before now people had much issue one way or the other regarding her PCS.

Lysacek, Domnina/Shabalin, and Zhang/Zhang are the ones I knew many people were very annoyed at their PCS already, not just myself.

Imo, DomShabs have great skating skills, expression, danceability, speed and attack when they skate which means good PCS. I like them.

The worst for me are the Zhangs. She is totally stone faced, no connection between them, sloppy positions, little choreography... I wonder if the judges and I are watching the same thing.

My "other" for this season is Stephane Lambiel. I find both of his programs to be hammy and over-the-top. Considering how many mistakes he's made, I think some of his PCS are based on reputation and status as a two-time World champion.

I feel the same way. Although I perfectly realize it's a matter of taste. I'm tired of Spanish-themed "sexy" performances altogether.

I voted for D/S, because their PCS overmarking is the most glaring and disgusting and unwarranted.

Lysacek, I will give him credits for at least trying. You can see him trying really hard and giving his best.

Zhang/Zhang: I don't see anything special with them, other than their technical merits.

Dom/Shab have great PC skills IMO. I think both their overscoring and bashing on the boards towards them has to do more with nationality bias from the judges but thats another hot subject..

I would say Lysacek, but hes working on it!!
