Who do you consider the most UNDERSCORED women singles skater in recent history?

This is a reversal of a previously asked question but nevertheless interesting. Underscored skaters are usually victims of judges who denied them high scores for various reasons. The judges may dislike them for various reasons including some marginal defects in their skating, their unusual style and or costumes, or perhaps even their audacity to challenge a beloved and well-respected veteran skater.
 
My own choice

I choose Angela Nikodinov because I think that she was unlucky to compete in a pre-COP era where only jumps counted. Her graceful spins, the flow of her movement, and fluid stroking, as well as posture and musicality were undermarked. I think she could have scored quite a bit better at Nationals and at Worlds had all those things been taken more into consideration.
