Has anyone seen Yu Na's model pics on youtube? She is absolutely stunning! She makes a very good editorial model. She's got flawless skin, amazing facial features that photographs well, and the long limbs of a model. She is extremely photogenic, and she knows how to move in front of the camera. She has a natural ability in front of the camera - a special relationship/connection with the camera. She could do extremely well in modelling, even if she weren't known as a figure skater. She is probably the most gorgeous figure skating/model I have ever seen!

i will have to see these. (links?) I never thought if yu-na as quite the beauitful type. she dosen't have that perfect face like caroline and mao have.

They did a fantastic job in makeup and dressing to bring out her pureness. She looks so glamorous but also has that innocence, quite attractive..
think so too if without make up.
Million times of yes for Korpi, but the Finnish ladies as a group? I think Russian ladies are more stunning as a group, and we have no shortage of pretty here (Alissa, Ashley, Sasha to name a few).

kiira korpi? her body reminds me of a log and not too ballerina-like one at that. Yu-na is thin like a ballerina but she does have soft curves.

Yeah, I was surprised to see some of the pics how she flatters the clothes and make them stand out. Her body proportion, flawless, smooth skin and small face is suitable for fashion model. I think Yuna's face is very characteristic, if not beautiful, and with right kind of make-up she looks naive and mature at the same time. It seems Yuna's favourite activity other than skating is fashion-photo shooting and she could definitely moonlight as one!!

Are you kidding me?!!! I think Yu Na has probably a more perfect face than either of them. Perfect in the sense of what is desireable for photographing/modelling. You can see it even when she has no makeup whatsoever. She's got stunning features. Her face is like a blank slate that can be transformed into any look - she is like a cameleon. She's got unbelievably good genes, thanks to mom and dad!
Makeup and photoshop can only do so much for a person. Anybody who has a makeover with professional shots can look good, but not many people will be stunning. Bone structure is a big part of it, as is energy in front of the camera that cannot be learnt. You're either born with it or you aren't. Yu Na has it.
ITA. But... beauty is in the eys of the beholder!
I think Yuna is the most beautiful of current figure skaters. The skin, the hair... I really envy that some people have it all! BUT... her skating dresses for this season do not flatter her at all. Especially the LP dress... 
Our Finnish girls are pretty too. Kiira is stunning in person, she has so beautiful face and skin. Susanna and Laura really are pretty too, but nothing uncommon, I would say. Envy isn't killing me, like with Yuna, Kiira and Miki.

Beauty "is" in the eye of the beholder. There is always someone prettier, smarter, more clever. That's life.
The point is......Yu Na is an exceptional lovely girl on and off the ice.
Just remember all those mothers out there who think their kid is the cutest.
