Am I the only one who watches the actual performance with falls- yes, but I love that program so much already that I don't care? I might have been crazy...

I am the exact same!!! Can't count how many times I've watched and rewatched that program. Despite the falls, the actual skating and choreo and his expressions and interpretations are SO GOOD!! If he ever does a clean run of it (fingers crossed that he does), it's the one program that might come close or even surpass his R&J 1.0 for me I know it might come across as a selfish wish, but I can't help looking forward to seeing him perform again at NHK!

I'm getting into classical music again because of the pieces Yuzuru has used. Just this morning, coming out of the metro where there's usually people playing music, I recognized Rhapsody on a theme of Paganini

When I knew that he's going to skate to POTO, I checked out the music on youtube and I didn't like the music (albeit only listened like 3min). And was wondering how am I going to sit through watching him skate if I don't like the music.

Holy molly when I saw the FS of CoC, his skating is as one with the music that make me loving it. Now I keep replaying the fan stitched POTO

Oh I have rewatched it with different commentaries (B Esp, CBC, NBC, and even in languages I can't understand - Chinese, Japanese, Italian). If the ending were otherwise (and I still shudder to think of what might have happened), I don't think I can. A performance of literally blood, sweat, and tears.

The tickets of S and A seats (best and secondary ) for Men events are sold out just few hours...
Especially for FS Men , there are only tickets for seats in 3rd floor left....
The ticket seller received thousands of orders in one night, which forced them to close the tickets reservation.
I know Yuzu is quite "hot" in China now, but I never think he is so much popular like that...

I know Yuzu is quite "hot" in China now, but I never think he is so much popular like that...

"Hot" is a very small word to describe what Yuzuru in China is NOW after CoC 2014. And not in China only. I think we all have gigantic expectations towards the participants and especially him.

No matter how you questioned the medical treatment at CoC, I still would thank those medical people who did their professional job at that moment.

Today, Shanghai Huashan Hospital affiliated with Fudan University released their rescue and treatment process during the CoC.

I made a summary of Chinese news release as following:

* The medical team included two sport medical doctors, two surgeons, one ICU nurse and several 120 members. (120 is a public emergency service.)

* When the accident happened, medical people got the approval of chief judges to enter the rink to check Yuzu’s condition.

* After checking two athletes, they judged the conditions of both were less seriousness and two athletes presented their willingness to continue competing.

* Discussing with coaches and team doctors of two parties, organizer of CoC approved them to go out and skate again.

* After the tournament, event doctors suggested two parties going to Huashan Hospital for further diagnostics. Japan team chose to treat themselves (asking American team doctor for help.) and China team accepted to go to hospital.

* As good and fast response to the accident, organizer of Worlds 2015 in Shanghai decides to invite Huashan Hospital to provide event medical service.
