Yuzuru Hanyu: 2014-15 Season

【news】Capcom kicked off MH4G and Yuzu's Airu CM at Tokyo Game Show today.

Until now, I find Yuzu was shooting CM as a single player version. There is another 15 sec CM for multiplayer version.

In the CM making, he said being able to participate in the CM is just like receiving the X'mas gift! How cute this boy is! He kept asking a lot of questions about the game and discussing with the staffs. It doesn't surprise me that he spent 320 hours for the MH4 because he always make 100% effort doing everything he really like, such skating and "Kendama". I heard that he used to play the video games all night just to finish the games

This. He just seems like my younger brother  who used to love playing Capcom’s games such as Resident Evil series etc…

btw I remenber that I played “Poka Poka Airu Village” well a few years ago, was really a cute game.

The handy game machine in this CM should be Nintendo 3DS LL, which is a new model scheduled to release on October 11. Here is the multimedia introduction of 3DS LL.

Besides, Tokyo Game Show 2014, one of the world's biggest game show, will be held on this Thursday (September 18). Maybe that's the reason this CM making clip goes public today and TV CM will be broadcasted three weeks earlier than Capcom announced.

By the way, what a little surprised me is the chief producer of Monster Hunt series, Ryozo Tsujimoto (辻本良三) hosted Yuzu all the process and made an interview by himself.

For a leader of game creation, it should be excited to meet a heavy game player and gets responses directly for his game development. No wonder some tweeters said Yuzu was not to shoot advertising, but to participate in MH fan meeting.;)

Wow I'm surprised there are gamers on this thread! I have zero interest in video games so was much more impressed with how nice Yuzu looked in that white shirt and jeans .

He really looks good in that white shirt with rolled up sleeve  And he actually did the jump in green croc (Borser has pink croc that flew off during ice challenge )

I consider myself a semi-gamer since I just play some games on the PS3, but not often. I agree with you!! He looks really refreshing in white blouse and jeans! This CM seems a lot more casual than the scripted Lotte Chocolate CM, especially how Yuzu is a fan of MH himself.

The appeal of Monster Hunter 4G The reviewer quote "Believe that I will always jump on top of a dragon".

Maybe that's why Yuzu chose to name the cat characters that help the main character ("Yuzuru") to kill the monsters as "salchow" and "toe loop"

Just a side note...in English (US at least) a "blouse" is something a woman wears. Men wear "shirts." I've seen Yuzu's shirt from PW referred to as a "blouse" and it always makes me cringe. What he wore for the commerical and for PW is not at all like a "blouse." Not meaning to offend anyone though! Yes, the gamer Yuzu seems much more realistic than the all red chocolate man!

Yes. But some of his performance shirts are definitely a 'blouse'
like his Story EX.

Kensuke Nakaniwa (retired in 2011, currently a coach)

"As a matter of fact, Keiji (Tanaka), Kento (Nakamura), Ryuichi (Kihara) and I have established "Mon-Han Bu" - Monster Hunter Club (laughs).
Although I'm a low-level agent, they call me "Taicho" - Captain. Every time we get together, these four keep playing the Monster Hunter. Actually, Yuzuru is a member too, but still a tentative member (laughs). I hope Mon-Han Bu will stay active in the future!"

It seems he was still an apprentice in 2012

Well, it looks like his wish came true-- one of their members even went on to film a CM for Monster Hunter, so I'd consider that a success for the club.
