Putting pressure on himself is a brave thing to do, but this strategy doesnt work everytime and for everyone. Yuzu is very sensitive and emotional (despite the scary focused face) and I feel that it might do him more harm than good. The reasons he is a king of comebacks is because as the chaser, he, regardless of what he says, actually prolly subconsciously has less pressure on himself. Note that I am not saying he is mentally weak/can't bear pressure because he has done remarkably bearing the weight of expectations. It's just that the pressure strategy is the best fit only in certain situations. Being a guy sensitive to various changes physically, mentally, emotionally and of the environment, I wonder if it would be better to deliberately ease off on those occasions. Intense is good, but when intense becomes one of the reasons (cos we dont really know why he performed like this this time) for failure, then it's time to reflect about it. He was very wound up right from the start, even at the opening ceremony, he only smiled for the short cheer cos he was leading it and at the little girl. Otherwise, he was rather grave today, a big difference from the presscon and practice.

:gaah: It is a crazy difficult program with two new elements basically. You have been landing that 4Lo so well, it is still new and at some point mistakes will happen. It is okay, human, and not a fault in you.
