Yuzuru Hanyu: 2017-2018

Yuzuru's words about Javi in his show's Guidebook
http://yuzuviere.tumblr.com/post/172917356521/ciontu-guidebook-javier

Some quotes:

“Before I went to Canada, I plan on holding a competitive mindset when practicing with Javi, but I didn’t know that Javi was that gentle. We never had a hostile atmosphere, contrary, we became very close and motivated each others’ skate to improve. My relationship with him is very important to me”

Javi is probably the first person that I genuinely feel happy for their success besides myself, because we train every day side by side, no matter good or bad. All the effort and pain we went through are something only the two of us know”

Bonus: On Plushenko’s blurb, he mentioned that he watched the Plush/Yagudin rivalry and expected that kind of relationship with Javi as well but one (1) kind-hearted Spanish man didn’t let that happen

"Today I talked with Johnny (about this), but I think you are told various things by supporting me. I get hurt when I am told unpleasant things, but you all supporters are also hurt. Thank you for raising your voice. Thank you for loving me."

I'm glad Johnny sounds very supportive.

It make me emotional to read what he said, I didn’t expect him to bring it up, but he did, he want us to know he cares. Very appreciate, Yuzu.

R J 1 Please!
Phantom is also not at the Exhibit. He's worn RJ1 a lot before. So I'd like to see POTO actually.

My obsession with R&J 1.0 is endless, but I suspect we might see R&J 2.0, since Johnny is here too. That was a Oly gold medal moment, but definitely not Yuzu’s favourite gold medal moment. It will be last day, so should be some programs really meaningful to him :luv17: I can’t wait for tomorrow ~

Doesn't mean I want to see it, but my guess is the costume of RJ 2, no idea as for the programs though lol.

Here's a glimpse of MI2 and PW

And an Interview with Yuzu. I don't understand Japanese, but he talkes about 4A again.

Here is a clip with Zigeunerweisen from yesterday:

If it has been posted already, I apologize. Too much CWW content at the moment

It's so great to see Yuzu's happy face when he's skating! I like the determined and serious Yuzu, too, but his smile makes me relax and think: everything's all right :hap93:

I’m thinking we’re in for a R&J costume tomorrow, but v2. That or Phantom, bout I think he’ll skate to at least one Shae-Lynn program at the last show and LGC. Those are my predictions.

:( I will never understand why people enjoy saying cruel things about such a kind and inoffensive individual

I remember that in December 2017 Yuzuru was injured so he must withdraw from Japan Nationals. Some very vocal haters wanted the JSF not to put him on the Japanese Olympics Team. They argued with fake arguments that it is unfair for the skater who placed third at Nationals. But you know what those persons really mean. And they did argue the same thing the year before in December 2016 when Yuzuru missed Japan Nationals because of injury or illness.
And we know now that Yuzuru won the gold medal in both those times, in World 2017 and in Olympics 2018.
Are those haters that Yuzuru talk about here?
Thank God those haters are a very small minority.
At those times, I keep hoping that Yuzuru did not read anything on the internet. But now he said that he was aware of the haters, that he suffered for it, that his fans suffered too.
Then he said : Thank you for loving me.
I am happy that he also knows he is loved by many fans around the world.
I hope that I will not have problem with my post.
Sorry if you think that we must not talk about unpleasant thing in life.

People in the internet sometimes are idiots, and love to create drama. Is better to ignore this people or report the hate/ abuse (no matter who is the skater they are directing their hate).

in 2013-2014 Daisuke did not even win a medal in Japan National but still their Federation consider him competing in Sochi, i wonder if some protested back then? was there also an argument?

anyway as they say we cannot please anyone..... and because we are living in the World that is not perfect we should expect a lot of bitter, unloved and bored individuals feasting in hating successful ones.

Jealousy is a disease lets just pray  and shrug it off :luv17:

the better way to fight the haters is not to give the attention that they want.
