I rewatched the part again, and the question was "You've talked about facing with the loneliness, but to us you've gained all what you want already (Yuzuru laughed). Is there any wish in private life like having family or being a father?" And Yuzuru ended up with saying he wanted to cherish the happiness that he could share with everyone now. (in a word.)

Sendai formed executive committee for the parade, but they have not decided the details yet. Yuzuru was also asked about it in the press con and he recognized it needed the great amount of money. (The last time they had the parade, they sold special T-shirt of Yuzuru to raise the fund if I remember correctly.)
Yes. Yuzu mentioned in the press conference that organizing the parade is a lot of money. He is urging people to come not only to the parade but also to visit the beautiful city of Sendai, and spending money on the local businesses since it will help the locals to recover from the 2011 Earthquake.

I know it sounds like a lot now but this is all very good for him. You cannot get this type of exposure easily, it's rare that it happens so that he's getting all these opportunities, and using them to the fullest, is the best thing even if it is tiring. I'm sure he's taken into account the need to see a doctor and has it all planned out. But maximizing now is something he should be doing so I'm glad that he is. It raises the value of his name, ie his brand, even more so and all of this will matter to him in his life post skating.
