The skating school idea is great, I am glad that Yuzu want to teach, he is one of a kind, and he got the best skating education from TCC, if he have his skating school in Japan, a lot of kids from Japan will be benefit from him. I am sure his heroes (Lambiel, Weir, Plushenko) wouldn’t mind to spend a couple weeks in Japan every year, if Yuzu ask for it.

P.S. can he also run adult skating class, just like what Orser do in TCC? Pls

It's still a huge amount of money especially because these are just boots without blades. Now, he can put a pair of those black blades for auction

I'm very glad about this Olympic channel clip.
Yuzu's personal life is unconditionally and intimately connected and reflected into his skating , he is a true icon as a person even more than as a skater and a never-ending source of inspiration.

Without restarting two times, it would have surpassed 10 million yen at least. But as other members here said, 8 million is a lot of money (we can buy cars ). I hope schools are able to make good use of it

I didn't know Samantha Thavasa was a Japanese brand (Miranda Kerr was in CM so I thought it was a foreign brand ).

"Seven years ago, our Sendai shop and the staff there had very hard time, but there were truly a lot of people's support for the store to resume business. We felt it was a good opportunity to tell thanks to such people and participated in this charity."

Yuzuru isn't going to participate at Worlds this season so he won't be in the Top 12 at Worlds. He is firmly, of course, in the Top 24 Season's Best. How will his assignments for GP next season work, if he does recover enough (and decides) to participate? He has one spot available due to his Top 24 SB status but for the second spot he will need a host invitation slot, correct?
