Yuzuru Hanyu: 2017-2018

April is Yuzuru Hanyu month :points:
Until now I feel so happy for him and his family that they discovered and supported what Yuzuru was really destined to do.:ghug:
I mean very few people get to do the things they like, be a prodigy on it and receive the success they deserve.
Maybe this all happend because Yuzuru is such a good person. Being not just emphatetic of 3/11 he actually did something out of what he can to help.
And because of this sincerity he got others to participate and help too.
I am always in awe of people who have the means to live luxuriously but chose to have a low profile and have the discipline to keep it that way.
He is really a role model. Who cannnot love him?
And his parents and sister deserve the credit too. Because Yuzuru is who he is because of his family. :agree:

https://twitter.com/InternetMuseum/status/983866050910437376 The interior looks like a full-on museum. And it's free. Since all his sponsors got together, I guess they had a lot they could show, acessories, costumes, boots etc.
https://twitter.com/junjunjun2112/status/983866413076099072 'Only' 5 items per person....For each kind of product ! This is where you lose all your money.
https://twitter.com/a_tubbie/status/978998689963233280 The pictures keep coming in, this one is so funny, Kewpie dolls with ALL of Yuzu's costumes. :eeking: (oops, these are fan-made, not official)
https://twitter.com/awaawaseikatu/status/983882004260253696 Apparently, if you buy from the 'Yuzu shop' you also get a Yomiuri newspaper spread of Yuzu.
https://twitter.com/mynavileisure/status/983887818853203968 More interior photographs, Costume sketches also displayed.

Edit: the Kewpie dolls above turned out to be fan-made. Sorry! The ones being sold are these ones. https://twitter.com/yztsuya/status/983920434771968000

Wow that loot, I would go broke so fast. Those cell phone straps are adorable. This looks like a really nice exhibition, I’m jealous of those that get to see it!

I'm almost glad I'm sparing my wallet by not being there. I'd get all the stuff. :sad21:

To see the exhibit is free of charge but if we bought all that stuff, it would cost the same as a ticket of ice show :drama: But again, some profit from selling the goods will be donated to Sendai so it is all good :)

I want all kinds of keychain, magnet, memo pad...but I will have to be very selective in reality.

Those dolls freak me out... there is a urban legend that similar dolls killed a girl in my country

 I think they're cute...but I personally never buy dolls; plus, the detail is not very good. I'd go for the keychains and notepads.
On another topic, since the show is so soon, do we think Yuzu has ninja'd his way back to Japan?

He must... I guess he should be planning final details

https://twitter.com/youdofeelheart1/status/983903583308402688 This waiting line goes out the to the street, and up the stairs for eight floors to get to the exhibit. The wait time is 2-3 hours. It may be better to go the next day? But then, the merch may all be gone. What a dilemma.

I've also read three or four people got sick because they had waited for long time. And some fans tweeted the extra would not be added once the item is sold out, which means we have to go to the store on the first day of each tour. Apparently Kewpie is the most popular item
