I am going to butt in since last year I managed to get tickets for FaOI Kobe  if you don’t have any friends in Japan to help you there are agencies that will get into the lottery for you, and the one I used doesn’t charge you anything if you don't get lucky in the lottery. It’s called Japan Concert Tickets ;) too bad Yuzu won’t be there but if you still want to go getting tickets might probably be easier now
I tried the service and got an invoice.
So it means once I pay the tickets are confirmed?

Do you guys think Yuzu will go to next years 4CC because it is in Canada?

I'm pretty sure he won't because there is no 4CC in Canada next year :p. It's in Anaheim, California for 2019. We'll see if he competes but I personally hope so since it's convenient for me to travel there.

That would be convenient for fans who forgot to bring their Poohs

That's VERY true! The LA area actually has 4-5 airports, but most international flights will probably go through LAX which I'm not overly fond of, but generally has plenty of flights from overseas and within North America. Plenty of hotels nearby too due to the theme parks, but traffic is bad and public transit not great. Lots of diverse food options though and things tend to open late.
