Zarah and Alex finished 11th out of 12 in the FS, with a score of 69.34. This meant that they remained in 11th position overall, with a score of 111.65.

Looking at the Protocols, it was the same story as in the SP. Not a lot of positive numbers.
The Choreographic Sequence that @Jumping_Bean mentioned did get the best GOE of the programme, but it was still only +0.29. It also got the best set of Judges marks, with -1 from Judge 5; 0 from four Judges; +1 from two Judges; and +2 from two Judges.
At the other end of the spectrum were the third and fourth elements. The Throw Triple Flip got the biggest GOE hit of the programme, at -1.79. It also got Judges marks of five -4's; and four -3's. The Group 3 Lift they did just before it didn't fare much better, with the second biggest GOE hit, at -1.66. It's Judges marks were -4 from seven Judges; -3 from Judge 2; and -2 from Judge 3.
Zarah and Alex finished the Free Skate 4.28 points behind 10th position, Johanka ŽILKOVÁ / Matyáš Rafael BECERRA (CZE), and 2.41 points ahead of 12th position, Ines MOUDDEN / Alejandro Lazaro GARCIA (ESP).
Overall, Zarah and Alex were 4.56 points behind 10th position, Žilková / Becerra, and 6.76 points ahead of 12th position, Moudden / Garcia.
After the Robin Cousins Cup, I thought that once they get their programmes polished, they will be impressive. And I still do. But, I just hope that it starts to take effect soon, or else the mistakes could start getting them down.
Their next Junior Grand Prix is in three weeks time in Poland. So, after the birthday celebrations for the twins are over, it is time to get to work with the polish.
WELL DONE!!!

Here is what I wrote about the Warm-Up in the competition thread:
First time we saw Zarah and Alex, they were lining up a jump at the edge of a camera shot. But then they went out of shot. And then we saw the tail end of the landing when they came back into shot.
When the camera came to focus on them, we saw them do a nice jump. And then Alex lifted Zarah up, and set her down again. A few moments later, they did a throw, but Zarah ended up on her backside.
Next time we saw them, they did a lovely throw and catch.
Towards the end of the Warm-Up, we saw them in the background lining up a jump, but then the announcer announced the end of the Warm-Up. So...

Here is what I wrote about their programme:
I loved this programme at the Robin Cousins Trophy.
Lovely Double Twist Lift to start with.
Double Salchow
Lift was great, but dismount not.
Not best landing on Throw Triple Loop.
Back Outside Death Spiral good.
Alex looks like running out of steam on Reverse Lasso Lift.
Although there were no real issues for the rest of the programme, you can see he is running on empty.
Coming off the ice, it is obvious that they are both exhausted.
Zoe is the only one smiling in the results area. The other two are too tired!
HAPPY 18th BIRTHDAY ON SUNDAY TO ZARAH AND ZINIA!!!...

Zarah WOOD / Alex LAPSKY GBR skate to the Addams Family. This should be fun.

Well that was a very nice throw 3S, lots of personality and some clever steps here.
Finally, after they finished, she posted:
I would like to see these two take some ice dance lessons to strengthen their footwork and give them stability, flow in and out of the elements and during the lifts.

Hey dear judges, just because this is a lower-placed team with issues on some elements does not mean you can't give high GOE on the elements they did well (especially the ChSq1). Choreographically, this is a very good program, super interesting to watch. The lifts need a little more work, but I'm sure they know that.

It will count as four falls, which will be really costly. I wonder whether they have too much focus on performance and then lose concentration on some of the technical things.
