I feel like W/P and C/B aren't locks for first and second, we could see someone else at the top of the leaderboard at the end of this program. I'm rooting for W/P as a Canadian but I enjoy all the other teams, too.

Well, poop. Barring a major meltdown from one of the final five teams to skate, Madison and Zach will be one slot shy of making the penultimate group.

I would love that in FS! What would we call it? The Golden Zamboni? The Splat Superlative?
Ya think? I just don't get the judgelove they have showered upon them. I find them so second tier.
I thought the Italian team deserved better marks than that. Their twizzles were fast.
I likes M/I more than G/P but I think G/P were faster. It's the big intangible they say.
That's a real shame. They definitely have the goods to be in that second to last group. I do wonder if some of those teams ahead will be able to hold them off in the Free Dance. IF they go clean, which I'm not sure they have this season, they should definitely put pressure on skaters 6-10 whoever they are. In any event they finished 10th at their last worlds, it would be nice to see them move up. Especially since their teammates are creeping up on them in the US.
I'd like to see W/P do well but what I really want is for the judging to reflect what is done on the ice. If the French, Americans or Italians are better then I want them to be first. The worse thing for ice dancing is when the scores don't make sense to the majority of viewers. Makes it look not like a sport.
