And she said she turns 13 in a few days, which is why she couldn't do the JGP this season (born in 2nd half of the year)

I am taking it as a good sign that I had to look up "50 SoG", because I couldn't work out what a "Sog" was!

But, now that I know, I see what you are getting at!

Just rewinding to the previous skater, and I was really impressed with Amanda Stan in both segments. I'll be keeping an eye out for her in the future.

Yes, Le is a Vietnamese name. I pronounce it "lay." (So per earlier question the l sound is like that in "length") That said, someone noted in the sp thread she is of Chinese descent? Maybe she is both. Haven't really found any info.
