Yes I agree they don't compare favorably to the others, but going this late will give them a PCS boost they'd have no hope of getting otherwise even though they don't compare favorably, I think.

The front of Viktoria's dress was lovely. The back of Viktoria's dress was lovely. But, they do NOT go well together!!!

Either would have made a lovely dress. But, not both togetehr.

That tech score seems very low for the Turks. They never get any respect these two. And they really have improved so much over the last four years.

ETA: Ok, the tech score did go up. That's better.
