A few more details from the video:
Car's license plate: "GOTCORN" - Patrick really loves his corn!
Where they were driving: Around Rochester, Michigan
Car's former owner put $125,000 worth of parts into the car to modify it.
Car seats: Tecnocraft Carbon Fiber seats
It started raining toward the end of the video, so they had to cut their review short. (The car drives poorly in the rain.) But they said it would be continued in the future.
And yes, the car used to belong to the late actor, Paul Walker.

Eta: I got a close-up look at the dog's collar. There is writing and I see "Darla" and some numbers. Maybe it's a rescue dog and not his??? He's been pictured with rescue dogs before.
If I ever get to meet Patrick again this would be the first question I would ask him! I'm a dog lover!!!
