Unless there is a sudden schedule change, the pair SP will be held in Jan. 19th.

Article on Deanna Stellato returning to competition after 16 years.

http://www.bradenton.com/sports/article126911324.html

Wasn't she one of the "Chicklets" along with Kimmie Meisner and Katy Taylor?

I don't remember her as being one of those young girls. To me she was highly talented & mature. I think she may have been injured & decided to retire early. I do know I was disappointed when she did but the skaters know what is best for them. I'm looking forward to seeing her & Nate. Great Expectations!

Start orders are up. Kayne and O'Shea are last again, just like 2016. I wonder how they feel about that  Denney and Frazier are second.

I never knew about these two skaters before but I'm just hooked by this fascinating come back! Checked their videos and not bad at all after 16 years off ice. She was pretty good when she was competing and if they can get a decent triple twist, they would be a decent pair together. I actually think she would outshine him before long if not already. He does not have the best body type as a figure skater but hopefully has good skills to make it up.

Have you never seen Nate Bartholomay skate? He's my homie, Newtown, Pennsylvania's own:hap10:

Here is his best, IMHO, with Felicia Zhang, their FS at US Nats ETA: 2014. I still watch it from time to time. Heartwarming.:luv17:

Rooting for everyone to do well, but I especially hope we finally see Marissa and Mervin's Journey program that they can be proud of.
