The woman in the purple turtleneck looks like she's about to have come-apart meeting her idols  that pink unicorn

INTO FIRST! *phew*

I would definitely tiely have placed Cain and Leduc ahead of C/T. What were the judges watching?
I hope Alexa and Chris are healthy and training so we can send a reliable team to Worlds.
Nate and Deanna are more compelling than C/T right now. I don't think I get the Marissa Castelli appeal.
Denny and Frazier seem slow. Them again, so do most of our pairs teams.

Haven and Brandon are still dealing with her injury recovery. She had a baaaaaaaaaad knee injury a few years ago and was off the ice for at least 8 months,

I'm a huge Mervissa fan, but they shouldn't be in first and sending them to Worlds over Cain/LeDuc would be a waste of a spot.

D/F's LP has really grown on me. They should be National Champs, I guess.

Mervissa just have no excuse anymore for continuing to underperform over and over again, while Ashley and Tim and D/F, quite frankly, do have actual excuses when they underperform. There's more potential there long term. And it makes me sad to say, because C/T seem to have it alllllll but they just always always mess up.

Since USFSA is not smart enough to wait for 4CC results to decide on Worlds team, I'd send top3 Pairs here to 4CC and D/F along with Scimeca/Knierim to Worlds.

Happy Denney/Frazier won! They look like the more cohesive team, seem to have fight in them and usually do a decent job of competing.
